Rules for canceling course  purchased online and the amount of refundable money: –

1. To cancel the registration or online purchased, the student must notify the DhakaPrep office before the course starts. Student needs to contact DhakaPrep office directly for this cancelation process.

2. A print copy of the online payment or a PDF copy on the mobile or an SMS copy on the mobile and the mobile number with which the course was purchased must be present.

4. You will get a refund in the money account within 45-75 working days of requesting.

5. If the course is canceled, the student will only get back the money for his/her course fee only. (excluding the processing fee).

 6. Authorities reserve the right to cancel course, change course fees at any time.
